Sourcing a part is only half the job. Blackpond coordinates production timelines, packaging, and shipment, and stays accountable through delivery, so the contractor deals with one party from order to arrival, not a chain of vendors. When something slips upstream, managing it is our problem, not the buyer's.
03 · Program Supply
Program Supply
Requirements are rarely one-time. Blackpond supports recurring and multi-item supply, scaling from a single component to an ongoing program as a contract's needs grow. Our earliest focus is drone and unmanned-systems components, an area of active, specialized demand across defense programs.
